EASY CHICKEN POT PIE

Recipe: 2 c. diced cooked chicken, which is 1 sm. fryer or 4 chicken breasts 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cans mixed vegetables 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. chicken broth 2 eggs, boiled & chopped - optional CRUST: 1 c. sweet milk 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. self-rising flour Layer chicken, onion, eggs in large casserole dish. Mix soup, broth and canned vegetables; pour over chicken. Mix crust mixture; spread over soup mixture for crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. I cook in oblong covered pot for 45 minutes then take lid off and brown for 15 minutes.
