Recipe: 6 eggs,separated(room temperature) 1 1/2tsp.baking powder 1 1/2c.sugar 1 1/2c.all-purpose flour 1/4tsp.salt 1/2c.cold water 1tsp.vanilla extract Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Beat eggs whites until foamy.Add the baking powder and beat until the eggs whites are stiff and hold peaks.In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.Add the sugar to the egg yolks,1/2c. at a time.Combine the flour and salt,and add alternately with the water and vanilla extract to the eggs yolks.Blend well.Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.Spoon carefully into an ungreased angle food cake pan.Bake for about 1 hour.Turn upside down to cool for 1 hour.
