2 cans(1lb.size)salmon
3c.coarse cracker crumbs
2Tbsp.chopped onion
1/2tsp.salt
2eggs
2Tbsp.lemon juice
1/4tsp.black pepper
milk
Flake salmon;remove bones and skin.Blend in eggs.Stir in liquid from salmon plus enough milk to make 1 1/2cups.Add remaining ingredients.Shape in a greased loaf pan(9x5x3inches)and bake in 350degree oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. |
