Recipe: 16 Ounces Pound Cake Mix 2 Eggs 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin 1/3 Cup Water 2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Line 16 muffin cups with liners. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. Fill them about 3/4 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Frost with vanilla frosting.
