Recipe: 4 large russet baking potatoes chopped 4 carrots sliced and quartered 4 small yellow onions chopped 4 yellow squash or zuchinni squash sliced and quartered 2 sticks butter or oleo Preheat oven to 350 degrees, melt butter or oleo in large baking dish while oven preheats. Add veggies, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add 1 cup cold water on top, cover with foil and bake 45-50 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Goes good with pork, beef and chicken dishes. Serves 4-6.
