1 jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce
6 Tbsp. parmesan
6 small boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups mozzarella
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Pour sauce into 13x9 inch baking dish. Carefully stir in 4 Tbsp. (1/4 cup of parmesan). Add chicken; turn over to evenly coat both sides with sauce. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 mins and then uncover.
Top with mozzarella and remaining parmesan, continue baking 5 mins. or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
