Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 T. powdered sugar, plus some for additional topping
4 low-fat whole wheat tortillas
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Combine ricotta and cream cheese in a small bowl, mix until creamy.
Combine strawberries with powdered sugar.
Divide cheese mixture and spread over tortillas, spoon berry mixture on top.
Fold and roll tortillas, place seam side down on baking sheet. Slightly spray with cooking spray.
Bake 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
