2 pckgs Martha White's Cotton Pickin' Cornbread Mix
2 eggs 3 Tbsp oil(could be corn or vegtiable)
1 C Sour Cream (not Low fat) 1 large can sweet cream corn
*optional: 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese, or 1/2 cup of salsa or 3 Tbsp honey
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients going down the list. YOU WILL NOT NEED ANY MILK!!! The mixture will be lumpy because of the ingredients.! Next, grease the bottom and sides of either a glass baking dish or any size bakind dish. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes till the top is golden brown or a toothpick come out clean.
