Recipe: 1-2 pounds of hamburger meat-depending on family size 1 sweet onion 1 medium can of hormel chili with no beans 3 tablespoons of mustard 3 tablespoons of helmanns mayo 1-2 packages of small hamburger buns you mix in your seasonings of your choice to the hamburger meat and make medium sized thin patties. you begin to fry them up until they are to your liking. once they are done you chop up your onion into fine cuts or you can leave them long and stringy. you heat up the chili in the microwave until it is warm. you mix in the onions and when your hamburgers are almost done frying you put chili on each one. you place the bottom part of the bun on top of the chili and the hamburgers like a little hat and stick the spatula under the whole burger so that when you flip it the bun is on the bottom of the plate...after that you put mayo and mustard on the top part of the bun and sit the bun on the grill upside down and put chili on that as well. once the bun is browned flip it onto the other half of the burger and hooah a good mickie burger.
