Loose Meat Burgers

Recipe: 5 lbs hamburger 1 cup water 1 tbl accent 3 tbl mustard 3 tbl worcestershire 3 tbl horseradish (cream style works best) 1/2 c ketchup 1/2 c diced onion 3 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 2-3 hours. Do not brown the hamburger, simmer it stirring often. **Do not drain. Serve on buns, making sure a little of the juice is included to soak into the bun. My family likes ours with mustard and cheese. This recipe makes alot so freeze some for another day or have a neighborhood get together. Enjoy!
