Easy Calzone

Recipe: 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce salt and pepper to season 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese one can of Pizza dough or cresent roll Brown the beef, drain and set it aside. Roll the dough onto some flour so it does not stick. The thickness of the dough should be at least 1/4 of an inch so it can support the filling. Once it is rolled out evenly at 8-10 inches in diameter, transfer the dough onto the cooking sheet and add the ground beef and pile it on. Add the sauce on top and cover it with the shredded cheese. Leave at least a half an inch in the front of the dough so you can seal it up. Once it is sealed, use some egg wash to help it to brown while it is in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Remember, all ovens are different so I suggest to keep the internal oven light on just to take a peek once in a while.
