Dressing
4 eggs
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/4 c lemon juice Juice from 8 oz can crushed pineapple
Cook until thickened and cool slightly.
Salad
1 1/2 c ring or small shell macaroni, cooked
1 c cream, whipped
3 c diced apple
Crushed pineapple
1 c miniature marshmallows
1 c coconut
1 c chopped nuts
Mix all together. Chill.
Just before serving, add 2 c fresh Bing cherries, halved, or a 1-pound can Bing cherries, drained.
