Italian sausage and ground beef meatloaf

Recipe: Italian meatloaf Ingredients: 3 cups soft bread cubes (about 4 slices cut in 12" cubes) 3/4 cup milk 2 eggs 10 cup pizza sauce 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 2 lbs ground beef 1 lb ground italian sausage (mild) 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 cup fresh tomato, chopped 1 cup shredded mozzerella Directions: In large bowl, pour milk over bread and allow to soften. While bread is soaking saute your onion, green pepper and tomatoes in skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil until soft. Add eggs,tomato sauce, spices, and worcestershire sauce and beat with electic mixer to break-up bread. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture evenly in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until fully cooked. May be served alone or drizzled with pizza sauce. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
