Sweet Milk Bread Name: Vivian Militello Base: NAS Fallon, NV Recipe: You will need a bread machine for this recipe. 1 1/4 cups of warm water (about 85 degrees) 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 2 tsp salt 4 cups of flour 2 3/4 tsp yeast Put ingredients in the machine the way the manufacturer suggests (usually liquid first, then dry ingredients). Select the dough cycle on your machine. After it is done, put the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead two or three times. Break off small pieces, shape and put into greased muffin pans. Cover with a clean cloth and let it rise for one hour. Heat oven to 350. Brush bread with egg wash (one slightly beaten egg with tbsp of milk). Bake for 15 minutes.
