Recipe: 12 oz crab meat(fresh,frozen or canned) 8oz sour creme 8oz creme cheese(softned) 1 small onion(diced) 1/4 cup mayonaise 4 TBSP cocktail sauce 1/2 TBSP curry powder 1 Tbsp parsley(dry) 1/2 tsp dill 1 cup hot pepper or mozz. cheese(shredded) combine all the above ingrediants and cover in air tight container then chil for at lest 2 hours(so flavors blend well) optional: garnish with more cocktail sauce poored over top serve with ritz crackers or in celery stalks.
