Vegetable Oil
Corn Tortillas, Wheat Tortillas, or Flour Tortillas
Salt
Spanish Papirika
1 can of nacho cheese (can be bought at Sams Club, Walmart, etc.)
Sweet or Hot Peppers
Ground Beef (optional)
Heat oil to 165'F in a frying pan, pot, or deep fryer
Tear or slice tortillas into triangles
Fry for about 2 minutes turning throughout
Remove batch of tortilla chips from fryer and place them into a woven basket or bowl lined with paper towls to release extra oil
Distribute salt and papirika evenly and to your liking
Drizzle Cheese among the nachos
Add topings (Sweet peppers or hot peppers)
To add ground beef:
Lightly season the ground beef with salt and pepper for flavour
Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat
Add to nachos and scoop and eat for a filling meal!
