Recipe: Pistachio Pudding Green Stuff 1, 20 oz can crushed pineapple (natural or sweetened0 1 large package instant pistachio pudding------( or 2 small packages) 1 small tub Kool Whip whipped cream 1 cup miniature marshmellows 1 cup cottage cheese Directions: Do not add milk to the pudding. Place the dry pistachio pudding into bowl, add the entire can of pineapple, juice included, and mix well with any old spoon. Add the marshmellows, whipped cream, and cottage cheese (you can leave out the cottage cheese, but, adds more health appeal to this dessert. During Christmas holidays, I always add a few maraschino cherries (kids love the red/green look). After mixing, chill in refrigerator for about 1 hours. This dessert keeps well for several days--if you're lucky to have some left over!
