Double Chocolate Brownies

Recipe: ¾ c all-purpose flour 1 c Equal ½ c semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips 6 T unsweetened cocoa 1 t baking powder ¼ t salt 6 T stick butter or margarine, softened ½ c unsweetened applesauce 2 eggs 1 t vanilla

Combine flour, Equal, chocolate chips, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Beat butter, applesauce, eggs and vanilla until blended. Stir in combined flour mixture until blended.

Spread batter in 8” square baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 350º oven 18 to 20 minutes or until top springs back when gently touched. Cool completely on wire rack.
