Recipe: Ingredients: 3-4 lbs of boneless beef shortribs 6 potatoes cut up 12 carrots cut-up 3 celery stalks cut-up 1 large onion cut-up 3 cans of beef stock or broth Method: Preheat oven on 350. In large pot combine vegetables with stock or broth. Cut beef into 1-2 inch cubes. Sear on all sides in skillet. Add to pot of vegetables. Bake for 4-6 hours or until meat is very tender...Enjoy!!!!
