Roasted Vegetable Combo

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of baby carrots 1 lb of small red potatoes unpeeled and quartered 1 medium onion cut in thin wedges 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 14oz package of frozen whole green beans Method: Preheat oven to 425 spray large baking dish with nonstick spray. In large mixing bowl combine carrots, potatoes,& onion. Add oil, basil, thyme, garlic, salt & pepper and mix well. Spread evenly in baking dish & bake for 20 mins. Remove from oven after 20 mins & toss in green beans bake for another 20 to 25 mins until tender...Enjoy!!!!
