1 can whole kernel corn
1 Can cream-style corn
1 (8oz.)Sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Mix together and place in oblong baking dish. Bake at 350 degree's for 45 minutes.
Optional: After baking casserole. Spread shredded cheese over top and bake 10 - 15 minutes more. |
