Recipe: |
1 stick butter or oleo
1 cup long grain white rice
1 cup spaghetti noodles broken up into pieces
1 beef, chicken or vegetable boullion cube
2 cups boiling water
Melt butter or oleo in a skillet, add rice and spaghetti noodles. Stir with wooden spoon until rice and spaghetti noodles are golden brown. Add the boiling water and bullion cube stir until well moistened. Turn down heat to a simmer or low, cover until all water is evaporated.
Fluff with fork, enjoy!
