1/2 Pack tater-tots
1 lb. ground beef
2 carrots, grated
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Crumble meat onto bottom of casserole dish, top with chopped onions and grated carrots, sprinkle w/ salt and peper, arrange tatertots on top, pour mushroom soup over it and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr. Kids love it! |
