Easy Chunky Fettuccine Alfredo |

8 ounces (half package) dried fettuccine
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 shredded parmesan
pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, in a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to slight boil for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat to low, cover until pasta is ready. Once pasta is cooked, place in saucepan and toss with sauce. Serve with cheesy bread or alone, yum!

This recipe is great for serving two. If you have more in your family, just double up.
