Easy Chunky Fettuccine Alfredo

Recipe: 8 ounces (half package) dried fettuccine 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup whipping cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 shredded parmesan pepper to taste Cook pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, in a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to slight boil for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat to low, cover until pasta is ready. Once pasta is cooked, place in saucepan and toss with sauce. Serve with cheesy bread or alone, yum! *HINT This recipe is great for serving two. If you have more in your family, just double up.
