French Toast

Recipe: 4 slices of Stale bread 1 egg small amount of milk equal to the volume of egg cinnimon small amount of cooking oil Directions: 1. Heat a large fry pan on high with a couple of teaspoons of oil reducing heat to medium when oil begins to boil. 2. Mix egg and milk in a soup bowl or other wide shallow dish. 3. coat both sides of bread in egg/milk mixture by briefly dipping each side using a fork. Immediatly transfere to frying pan and sprinkle with cinnimon. Stale bread must be used and only briefly dipped otherwise the french toast will be too soggy. Depending on the size of the pan you should be able to cook two slices at a time. 4. Cook each side for about 1 minute flipping with a spatula 5. Serve on a plate with Honey of syrup to sweeten to your taste.
