2 Tbsp. butter
2 Portabello Mushroom caps
1/2 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of swiss cheese or favorite cheese
4 slices of whole wheat toast
Saute onions and cloves of garlic in butter. Add mushroom caps. Remove Caps, place on George Forman Grill. Grill until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste, cheese, and put on toast.
Completely delicious. My soldier absolutely loves them! |
