Steak Pomodoro Fresco Recipe

Recipe: Ingredients 16 oz sliced beef tenderloin 2 cup cubed fresh tomato 4 cloves fresh garlic (chopped) ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 fresh basil 1 Tablespoons chopped red pepper ½ teaspoons Salt Mix tomato, basil and salt in a bowl. In a Skillet, heat approximately ½ cup of olive oil add garlic & red pepper and sauté until garlic is toasted golden brown and remove from heat. Add Tomato mix to oil. Grill the steak medallions. When Steak is cooked, serve on plate and top with tomato and basil mix.
