Yields: about 4 dozen bundles
1/3 cup yellow mustard
Eight 8-inch soft flour tortillas
1 package (16 ounces) cocktail franks
Nonstick cooking spray
Spread the mustard evenly over the tortillas. Cut each tortilla into six even strips. Roll up a cocktail frank in each strip and place seam side down on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Lightly coat the tortillas with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until heated through and golden.
Note: Dipping these is the best part, especially when they're served with honey, spicy brown, or Dijon mustard.
