Home Made Swedish Meatballs

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 Egg 1/4 cup milk 1 pound ground beef 1/4 cup dry cream of wheat cereal 1/4 cup minced onion 1 (10.75 oz)can cream of chicken soup 1 (10.75 oz)can cream of mushroom soup 1 (12 fluid oz) can evaporated milk A few splashes of worchestershire sauce salt - to taste pepper - to taste Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Add the beef, cream of wheet and onion. Mix well. Shape into 1" ball. Place balls into a 2 quart casserole dish. 3. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. 4. Drain meatballs on paper towels, if needed. Put meatballs back into the casserole dish. In a separate bowl, combine the soups with the evaporated milk. Splash in the worchestershire sauce. Mix until smooth. Pour over meatballs. 5. Bake uncovered at 350 for another 40 minutes. 6. Serve with cooked egg noodles. 7. ENJOY!!!
