Ingredients:
1LB boneless skinles chicken breast Cubed and Cooked
- OR -
1/2 rotiseree chicken
7 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1 cup olive oil
1 jar Classico (brand) basil pesto
1 lb your favorite style pasta (we like spirals or bowties)
Cook pasta al dente. while pasta is cooking simmer crushed garlic cloves and chopped tomato in olive oil. After simmered well add chicken. mix. mix with pasta. mix in pesto. |
