BBQ Beans Name: Christina Hines Base: Fort Campbell Recipe: 4 cans of butter beans 1 package of bacon 1 med. onion(chopped) 1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups ketchup fry bacon til crisp, set aside. saute onion in bacon fat. Drain 2 cans of butter beans, leaving the 3rd can with juice..put all the cans of beans in baking dish. Crumble cooked bacon and put with onion and brown sugar into dish with beans. Mix well. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
