Chicken Noodle Soup

Recipe: Sensational Chicken Noodle Soup 3-1/2 cups chicken broth 1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup) 1 celery rib, sliced (about 1/2 cup) generous dash pepper 1/2 cup uncooked medium egg noodles 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or Turkey In a 2-qt saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth, carrot, celery and pepper to a boil. Stir in the noodles and chicken. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender but still firm. Yield: 4 servings *note* This is REALLY good using left over rotisserie chicken. I don't cube it, I just pull it apart.
