Recipe: Hash Brown Casserole 6 eggs, well beaten 1 can (12 oz) evaoprated milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 package (30 oz) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese 1 medium onion, chopped 1 small green pepper, chopped 1 cup diced ham, optional Combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper and ham. Mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in x 2-in. baking dish. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until set. Yield: 12 servings.
