Fried Mexican Chicken Burritos

Recipe: Cook boneless skinless chicken breasts in boiling water til they are done. Shred chicken in bowl into small pieces. Add to cooked, shredded chicken one can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup, one can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup, and one can of mild Rotel diced tomatoes and green chillies (drained). Take a package of burrito size tortilla shells and line each one with a slice of American cheese and spoon out about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the slice of cheese. Fold into a burrito with all sides not opened and place a toothpick to hold the shell closed. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, about half way up the side of the pan. When oil is ready to fry (medium heat)place burritos into oil and fry just until they are golden brown. Place on a paper towel to absorb the excess grease. Don't forget to take the toothpick out before eating. ENJOY!!
