Dirt Cake
1 – 5.1 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk, chilled
1 – 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
1 – 12 oz. package frozen non-dairy whip topping, room temperature for 30 minutes.
3 cups chocolate or vanilla cookie crumbs
In a large bowl, prepare pudding according to package instructions. Add cream cheese and blend well with mixer. Slowly add non-dairy whip topping until entire mixture is smooth & set aside. Spread 1 cup of cookie crumbs evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 12 baking dish or 2 medium pie plates. Spread ½ of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs and alternate with another layer of crumbs. Follow with cream cheese mixture, finishing with cookie crumbs on top. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour.
