Recipe: |
Take a 4-6 frozen boneless/skinless chicken breast(may sub. w/ tenderloins)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chedder & boccoli soup
1 box of wild/chicken flavor rice or 2-3 cups min. rice
1 small bag frozen boccoli
Preheat oven: 425 degrees, In a baking pan put in rice mix with seasoning packet if it come w/ one. Add cream of mushroom soup, add water about 2 -3 cups, add butter (optional), add broccoli still frozen, mix incrediants, add frozen chicken on top of mixture, spread chedder & boccoli soup over top of chicken and allow it to spill over into mixture. Place in oven, check often, if you need to add more water do so at 1/2 to 1 cup at a time. Bake until chicken is done (no pink!!) about 35-45 mins. Serve & Enjoy! |
