2CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
SALT & PEPPER
2-3 TBS SOY SAUCE
3 EGGS BEATEN
IN A SKILLET, BROWN THE BEEF AND PUT ON A SEPARATE BOWL (TAKE OFF THE EXCESS FAT)PUT THE OIL ON THE SAME SKILLET AND WAIT FOR A COUPLE MINUTES TILL THE OIL IS HOT ENOUGH THEN SAUTE THE ONION, GARLIC AND TOMATO THEN ADD THE SEASONINGS, SOY SAUCE, EGGS AND THE GROUND BEEF, KEEP STIRRING TILL THE EGGS ARE DONE, SERVE WITH RICE. |
