Recipe: Boil a whole chicken in a pot of water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes until tender and the meat falls off of the bone. Take the chicken out and let it sit in the strainer. Do not rinse and do not pour out the water. Dip flour tortilas in the chicken broth and line a casserole dish with them. shred the chicken over the tortillas and then layer these ingredients until the desire layer as been reached. shredded chicken 1 can of cream of mushroom 1 can of cream of celery 1 can of cream of chicken 1 can green chiles a diced onion 2 gloves of minced garlic 2 diced bell peppers then cook in the oven on 450 for 1 hour. take out and layer the top with fresh cut tomatoes or canned diced if you prefer. and 2 cups of shredded cheese (4 cheese blend) put that back in the oven and cook until the cheese is melted.
