1- 8oz fat free cream cheese
1- 15oz can 98% fat free turkey chili OR vegetarian chili
1- 4oz can chopped green chilies
1- cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350, spray an 8x8 or deep dish pie plate with cooking spray. Press cream cheese into bottom of pan, spread green chilies and can of chili on top. Sprinkle with cheddar and lightly spray cheese with cooking spray, it will help the fat free cheese melt. Bake 15-20 minutes until heated through and bubbly around the edges. Serve with baked tortilla chips, yummy! |
