Recipe: Peanut Butter Glazed Popcorn *********************************************************** 2-(2.8 to 3.0 oz)bags microwave popcorn, popped, 1-cup Peanut Butter Extra Crunchy or Creamy, 1-cup light corn syrup, 3-tbl. butter or margarine, 1/4-teas. salt, 1-teas. vanilla extract, *********************************************************** Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray a jelly roll pan or 13 by 9 inch pan with non stick spray. Place popped popcorn iin a very large bowl or dutch oven. Combine peanut better, corn syrup, butter and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Heat mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir to combine. Pour warm peanut better mixture over popcorn, stirring gently to combine. When all popcorn appears evenly coated with peanut better mixture, turn out onto jelly roll pan, spreading out evenly. Place pan in preheated oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring often. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
