Recipe: Pecan Pie Brownies ************************************************************Topping: ************************************************************1/4-cup margarine or butter, 2-tbl. flour, 3/4-cup firmly packed brown sugar, 2-eggs 1-teas. vanilla, 2-cup chopped pecans ************************************************************Brownies: ************************************************************1-(19.5 oz) pkg. Pillsbury Brownie Classics Tradtional fudge Brownie Mix, 1/2-cup oil, 1/4-cup water, 2-eggs, ************************************************************Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 13 by 9 inch pan. In medium saucepan melt margarine; stir in flour until smooth. Add brown sugar and 2 eggs, mix well. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and pecans. Set Aside. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread in greased pan. Spoon topping evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
