Mix all ingredients and pour into the pan. Bake at 300 degrees fro 50 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and bring to a slow boil. boil for 5 minutes. Pour over the hot cake in the pan. Let stand for 30 minutes, then remove the cake from the pan and let it cool, if it looks like it is thickening too fast don't let the glaze boil as long.
