Ingredients:
1 white cake mix
1 small box instant pistachio pudding
1 cup 7-up
1 cup oil
3 eggs
Ingredients for frosting:
1 small box pistachio pudding
1 8 oz. container of cool whip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Grease and flour a cake pan and bake cake for 40 minutes,or until the tester comes out clean.
When cake is completely cool, mix the pudding and coolwhip together beating with electric mixer, then top the cake with icing. Keep cake in refrigerator.
