1 pound ground beef...1 jar (12 oz) chunky salsa...1 cup frozen corn,
thawed and drained...3/4 cup Miracle Whip dressing... 1 Tablespoon
chili powder...2 cups tortilla chips, crushed and divided...
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided. Directions: Heat oven
to 350 degrees. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing
and chili powder. Layer 1/2 each meat mixure, chips and cheese
in 2 quart caserole. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes or until
thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if
desired. Recipe may be doubled, adjust Miracle Whip dressing
to taste. |
