popcorn balls Name: marla paris Base: nas jax fl Recipe: 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/4 teaspoon salt 8 cups popcorn Heat all ingredients (except popcorn) to boiling over med/high heat stirring constantly. Boil and stir constantly for 2 minutes. remove from heat. Stir in popcorn until well coated , cool slightly . (dip hands into cold water shape balls) or use Pam spray on hands before forming balls. Place on waxed paper ,cool.
