2oz Sugar
4oz Butter
6oz All Purpose Flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Lightly grease one regular sized round cake pan.
Add all ingredients and knead into a dough.
Press into cake pan, using your fingertips to 'seal' around the edges by pressing gently.
Take a fork and dot the shortbread mix before putting into the oven for around 30 minutes or until shortbread starts to brown slightly.
Take out and after 10 minutes cut into triangles and sprinkle with sugar. Leave to cool completely.
Try not to consume the whole pan by yourself ;) |
