Louisiana style hot sauce, 1-teas. garlic salt, 1-teas. worcestershire sauce, 1-teas. paprika, 1-teas ground black pepper, 1-teas. Yucateco or other Mexican hot sauce, 8-bone in chicken thighs (3 1/2 to 4 pounds), ************************************************************Melt butter in a glass bowl in a microwave on 50% power. Whisk in remaining ingredients, except chicken. Place chicken thighs in a shallow container. Brush with marinade on both sides/Cover, marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Spray the clean rack of a covered charcoal grill with nonstick spray. Light a charcoal fire in the bottom of the grill. Allow to burn for 15 to 20 minutes or until coals are red in the center and gray on the outside. Put thighs on the rack. Cover with grill lid. Grill chicken, covered over medium high heat for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. turn occasionally.
