Recipe: Chocolate Fudge Upside Down Cake *********************************************************** 3/4-cup sugar, 2-tablespoons butter, 1/2-cup milk, 1/2-cup melted margarine, 1-cup flour, 2-tablespoons cocoa, 1/2-cup chopped pecans, 1/2-cup sugar, 1/2-cup brown sugar, 1/3-cup cocoa, 1-1/2-cups boiling water, ************************************************************Cream together 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in 1/2 cup milk, then sift and add the flour and 2 tablespoons cocoa mixture. Finally, add chopped pecans. Spread batter in greased 8-inch square pan. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa. Sprinkle the mixture over the batter in pan. Pour boiling water over top and bake at 350 degree oven fro 30 to 40 minutes. To serve, invert serving onto plate. You may top with whipped topping and /or vanilla ice cream.
