Recipe: Hash Brown Casserole *********************************************************** 32-oz. package frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded, 1/2-cup chopped onions, 2-cups sour cream, 1/2-cup melted butter, 2-cans cream of chicken soup, 2-cups shredded cheese, Salt and Pepper to taste, *********************************************************** Topping: *********************************************************** 2-cups cracker crumbs(Ritz is best) Melted butter, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup *********************************************************** Combine potatoes, onions, sour cream, 1/2 cup melted butter, soup, cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with additional butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
