Golden Ham Medley Name: Eve B Base: Davis-Monthan AFB Recipe: 8 oz. macaroni shells, cooked and drained 1 bag(16 oz.) frozen broccoli and cauliflour 1 c. ham cubes 1 c. chopped tomatos 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese cubed (12 ounces) 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c.Bread Crumbs 1 tbsp. butter Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Heat velveeta and milk over low heat until melted. Stir sour cream into cheese mixture. Pour cheese sauce over ham mixture. Pour all into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs mixed with 1 tbsp. butter melted. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. Cool, serve or freeze. Enjoy!!!
